Open Table

Intentional gatherings open to individuals

Open Table is a guided dinner built around Authentic Relating. You can come on your own and share a meal with people you may be meeting for the first time.

People in a circle

Before retreats and workshops, there’s something simpler to practice: people in a circle, sharing food, time and truth. Community. Natural rhythm. Shared humanity. The Table brings back this old gesture, in a contemporary and playful form.

Laura draws on Authentic Relating, somatic practice and facilitated circles to make space for deep listening, presence and honest conversation.

The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) also inform the dinner. We practise taking another perspective, listening with curiosity and speaking honestly about what we notice.

Taking a seat

We slow down to share a meal while exploring what happens when we let time expand enough to actually be present, with taste, with feelings, to listen, and to be here. Each gathering is different. Nothing forced, just what unfolds naturally between us.

We leave a thread of mystery so you can come without prepared scripts or roles. If you’re curious, choose an announced gathering and check its registration details. Each guest can request their own place.
